Management Board
The Management Board of the Central Cooperative Union manages the overall activities of the Union in accordance with the goals set and in the best interest of its members.
The members of the Management Board are elected amongst the cooperative members for a mandate of 4 years. The composition of the Management Board of the Central Cooperative Union should be an odd number, not more than 45 people, including the President of the Union. The number of the members of the Management Board is determined by the General Assembly, allocating the following quotas:
1. to cooperative unions – fifty percent;
2. to cooperatives – thirty five percent;
3. to the commercial entities with joint-stock or shareholding participations of cooperative organisations and employees of the Union – fifteen percent.
