 European Route of the Co-operative Culture

 

The Central Cooperative Union, together with 18 National European cooperative organizations is a partner in a project co-financed by the European Commission, named COOPROUTE.

 

Lead Partner in this project is CECOP (Europe-wide).

Other partners are: AGCI (Italy); Aveiro City Council (Portugal); CG Scop (France); COCETA (Spain); Confcooperative (Italy); CoopCat (Spain); Co-operative Heritage Trust (United Kingdom); CSS Limited (Ireland); EST COOP (Estonia); Government of Catalonia (Spain); Kooperationen (Denmark); Koperattivi Malta (Malta); Legacoop (Italy); NUWPC (Bulgaria); Regione Emilia Romagna (Italy); ZdK/ Kaufmann-Stiftung (Germany).

Objective of the COOPRUTE Project?

The objective of the project is to create a critical and coherent mass of destinations, strengthening the touristic potential. The project is also aimed at promoting the dissemination of a more cultural type of tourism, including places, particularly significant for the history of the Cooperative movement.
